Former Atomic Kitten singer Kerry Katona has reportedly hired a food and diet expert to help her achieve a healthier lifestyle, new media reports claim. The 27-year-old mother of three has come under recent media scrutiny for admitting to smoking and drinking while pregnant with her fourth child. As a positive step to ensure the wellbeing of her unborn baby and improve her own health and fitness, the troubled celebrity is taking professional advice from nutritionist Sally Bee. "I had a health scare a few weeks ago and it was then I realised I needed to pull out all of the stops," Kerry revealed. Commenting on her new motivation, she told the Daily Star: "It's about making myself healthier for the sake of the baby and keeping my energy up so I can continue working."The ex-wife of former Westlife member Brian McFadden has reportedly cut all additives, chemicals and preservatives out of her diet as well as fizzy drinks and cigarettes.
