Bury baby day launched08 May 2008
A new event is being launched this Saturday in Bury to tell people all there is to know about babies and preparing for them. According to ThisIsLancashire.co.uk, the National Childbirth Trust is organising a free baby day in the town, looking to provide a range of information and advice for expectant parents. Soon-to-be mums and dads can use the event to find out about local courses and the support networks available to them for pre-natal and post-natal care.Post-natal trainer with the NCT Karen Sillet told ThisIsLancashire.co.uk: "This is a great event, especially for all those new and expectant parents to help them through what is a joyful but sometimes difficult time. "There's lots of help and advice on hand and we hope people will join us to see just what's out there."The event will look to shed light on subjects ranging from water births to (child car) ? and breast feeding, with midwives and childcare specialists on hand to impart the necessary advice.
